Message	I got an Ash-Spec ECU because after much research I believed strongly that it was the best product for me at a very good price. I've only been on this site since last August, but I could figure out that there could be customer service issues, but I never doubted that he would deliver. I did not opt for the 24hour turnaround guarantee, instead went with the ECU exchange option so that I wouldn't be without my car. I got my new ECU within a week, took a good week to swap it out (busy on my end), and got my core charge back within 10 days of returning my core. Could the customer service have been better? Sure. But, overall the transaction was what I was expecting, and Ash is great to work with - we IM'd over a det sensor problem I was having before the ECU swap and I was very glad for his help. So anyway - this was my experience and just wanted to get it out there.
